Terong Bajak/Badjak/Baiak Spicy aubergines
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 1 aubergine (purple) 6 terong gelatik (small green/white aubergines) 250 gr chicken 2 shallots 3 cloves garlic 3 tbsp sambal bajak/badjak (see recipe) ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tbsp oil Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Cut the aubergines in small pieces and sprinkle the salt on top. Cut the meat into pieces, the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the aubergines and the meat and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the sambal and the pepper and fry it slowly until done.
