Anyang Sayuran mixed vegetables with spicy coconut Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 1 bunch kangkung 1 bunch cassave leaves 1 bunch papaya leaves 125 gr bean sprouts 175 gr grated coconut 1 asam sundai (juice) salt to taste water Haluskan: bumbu: 5 red rawits 4 red shallots 2 cloves garlic 2 cm kancur (bitterroot) 1/2 tsp trasi (shrimp paste) 2 tsp palmsugar Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Blanch the vegetablesin boiling water and let it drain well. Mix the vegetables. Mix the grated coconut with the bumbu and the asam sundai juice and pour it over the vegetables and serve.
