Karedok vegetable salad with peanutsauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 100 gr cucumber 100 gr beansprouts 3 green cabbage leaves 100 gr snakebeans 6 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves Bahan-bahan saus: ingredients sauce: 2 red lomboks 2 cloves garlic 5 red rawits 200 gr peanuts 1 tsp asem (tamarind) 1 tbsp water 1 cm kencur (bitterroot) 1 tbsp palmsugar (gula jawa) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp trasi bakar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 150 ml water Taburan: garnish: emping Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the snakebeans in 3 cm long pieces. Heat in a pan the water and blanch the snakebeans and the bean sprouts and drain them well. Slice the jeruk purut very thinly. Cut the cucumber and the cabbage leaves into pieces. Mix all vegetables very well. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce into a paste and mix it with the water until it forms a sauce. Pour the sauce on top of the vegetables and garnish it with the emping.
