Pelecing Kangkung
water spinach with coconut and a spicy dressing

Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
300 gr kangkung
1 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaf
1 tsp palmsugar
100 gr grated coconut
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red rawits
1/2 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp water

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Slice the hard stemd of the kangkung. Heat in a pan the water and blach the kangkung for 2 minutes and then drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Pound or grind the coconut, the garlic, the jeruk purut and the palmsugaer fine.
Mix the kangkung with the bumbu and sprinkle the coconut mixture and the peanuts on top. Slice the limes into parts and serve it with the kangkung.
