fried aubergine with sambal

ingredients:
1000 gr terong (aubergine/eggplant, small)
3 tbsp oil

Bahan-bahan sambal:

2 shallots
6 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
2 small tomatoes
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
Cut the terong lenghtwise. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the terong golden brown and then drain on kithcen paper. Pound or grind the shallots, the lomboks and the salt into a paste. Cut the tomatioes fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and fry it slowly for 5 minutes. Mix in the lime juice.
Spread the sambal ont the terong and serve.
