Ares banana marrow in coconutmilk sauce Bahan-bahan; ingredients 1000 gr banana marrow (ares) 1000 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk) salt 5 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 10 kemiri (candlenuts) 3 tsp trasi bakar (fried shrimp paste) 10 shallots 4 cloves garlic 3 red lomboks 10 red rawits 5 cm jahe (ginger) 4 cm kunyit (curcuma) 4 cm laos (galangal) 3 cm kencur (bitterroot) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the ares fine and mix in the salt and squueze this to push out the fluids. Clean the ares and press the liquids out. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the ares and fry it for 3 minutes. Add the salt to taste and the santen and let it simmer slowly until the ares is done and the sauce has thickened.
