beanspouts with spicy coconut

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr beansprouts
100 gr grated coconut
1-2 limes (juice)
3 tbps oil

Haluskan:

bumbu:
11 dried lomboks (large chilies)
2 shallots
15 dried shrimps
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the coconut slowly golden brown and crispy. The add the bumbu and the tauge and fry it for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the lime juice on top, mix and serve.
