Sambal Goreng Perai
fried leek in creamy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr leek
1 sereh (lemongrass), crushed
1 salam leave
75 ml santen (coconut milk)
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sambal trassi
2 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar (gula jawa)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the leek into 1 cm long pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the leek and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the santen, the sereh and the salam and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes or until the leek has been cooked (firmly).
