Sayur Belimbing Wuluh starfruit with dried shrimps in coconut sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 10 belimbing wuluh (sour starfruit) 150 gr dries shrimps (ebi) 5 red onions 2 white onions 1 sereh (lemon grass), crushed 4 red lomboks (large chilie) 3 cm kunyit (curcuma), crushed salt to taste 300 ml coconut milk Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the onions and the lomboks thin. Cut the belimbing into thin slices. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and add all the ingredients and let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Remove the sereh and the kunyit before serving.
