spinach with meat

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr spinach
200 gr pork meat
1 salam leave
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:

bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 red lombok (large chili)
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
2 cm laos / galangal
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the spinach with the loose hanging water and the salam and let it slowly cook for 10 minutes before serving.
