Tumis Katjang Pandjang long green beans in sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr long green beans 3 shallots 450 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli) 2 red lomboks (large chilies) 2 salam leaves 1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) 3 cloves garlic 3 cm laos (galangal), crushed 1 tsp palmsugar salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the long beans in 3 cm long pieces. Slice the shallots, the lomboks and the garlic in thin strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the trassi for 3 minutes. Then add the laos, the lomboks and the salam and fry it for 2 mote minutes. Add the santen and the long beans with the salt. Cook it slowly until the long beans are done then serve.
