Pecel Mango mango with spicy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 100 ml coconut milk 5 mango Haluskan: bumbu: 3 cloves garlic 3 red lomboks (large chilies) 5 candle nuts 1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) salt to taste Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Skin the mango and slice the fruit in pieces. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and stir in the bumbu and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened. Pour the sauce over the mango.
