Kuluban / Koeloeban spicy vegetables Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 1 buch kangkung (else endive) 100 gr kouseband (long beans) 100 gr spinach 100 gr beansprouts 200 gr rasped coconut 1 tbsp oil water Haluskan: bumbu: 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp sambal trassi (see recipe) 1 tsp palmsugar salt to taste Cara membuat: preperation/method: Clean the vegetables and cut the kouseband and the kangkung in 3 cm pieces. Heat in a pan the water en cook the kouseband and the kangkung for 6 minutens. Then add the spinach and cook ot for 2 minutes more. Then drain and set it aside. Pour boiling water over the beansprouts and let it drain. Pound the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Heat in an wok the oil and fry the bumbu wiht the coconut until the coconut is golgen brown. Then mix in the vegetables and serve
