Sambal Gami
Tomato-onion sauce from Kalimantan

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
5 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1 tomato
4 red onions
1/2 ts salt
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method;
Pound or grind the lomboks fine into a paste. Slice the rawits fine. Cut the onions and the tomato into thin slices. Heat in a pan the oil and add all ingredients. Let it cook slowly until the sauce is done.
