Sambal Badjak 2 Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 8 shallots 3 cloves garlic 8 red lomboks (large chilies) 13 rawits (small chilies) 7 candlenuts 1 tbsp palmsugar 4 cm laos/galangal, bruised 1 tsp asem / tamarinde 1 tbsp water 50 ml cocos oil 3 salam leaves 3 kaffir lime / jerut purut leaves salt to taste Cara membuat; preperation/method: Mix the asem with the water. Pound or grind the garlic, the rawits, the lomboks, the shallots, the palmsugar and the candlenuts fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes. Then add the laos, the asemwater, the salam, the lime leaves and the salt and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes
