Sambal Asem tamarinde relish Bahan-bahan: 10 red lomboks (large chilies) 5 shallots 2 tbsp asem / tamarinde 2 tbsp palmsugar 1 tbsp oil 100 ml water salt to taste Cara membuat: preperation/method: Boil the water with the asem and the sugar. Cut the shallots and the lomboks fine. Heat in a ok the oil and fry the shallots and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Add this to the water and let it simmer slowly until its thickened enough.
