Kandunu Patunu Bahan-bahan: ingrediënten: 3 red lomboks (large chilies) 7 red rawits (small chilies) 4 cm ginger 1 bunch lemon basil (kemangi) 1 round purple eggplant salt to taste Cara membuat: Preperation/method: Grill the eggplant slowly until its soft. Remove the skin and mash the meat. Pound or grind then all ingredients into a paste.
