Colenak Fried cassava in a sweet coconut sauce
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 400 gr tape singkong (fermented cassava) 100 gr butter Bahan-bahan saus: Ingredients sauce: 250 ml santen (coconutmilk) 100 gr palmsuger 50 gr sugar 1 pandan leaf 1 tsp salt 100 gr kelapa muda (young coconut) Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Heat in a pan the butter and fry the cassava until done. Divide it into 10 portions. Grate the coconut. Heat in a pan the santen and add the sugars, the salt, the pandan leaf and the grated coconut. Cook it slowly until the sauce has thickened. Serve the cassava with the sauce.
