Bluder Tape fermented cassava cake Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 300 gr tape (fermented cassava) 200 gr sugar 7 egg yolks 4 egg whites 125 gr butter 100 gr flour 2 tbsp santen asli 3 tbsp chopped raisins/almonds Cara membuat: preparation/method: Pound or grind the tape with the santen until fine. Beat the sugar, the yolks and 2 egg whites until thick and fluffy. Mix in the butter, the flour and the tape mixture. Beat the 2 egg whites stiff and mix it through the mixture. Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture in. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 180dregees C until done. After 25 minutes sprinkle the raisins/almonds on top.
