Bingka Telur egg cake Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 10 duck eggs 250 gr sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 300 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk) 100 gr flour 1 tbsp butter Cara membuat: praparation/method: Beat the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla and the salt until foaming. Mix in the santen and the flour until it becomes a smooth mixture. Grease a baking tray with the butter and pour the egg mixture op the tray. Bake the mixture in an oven at 180 deg. C for 1 hour until golden brown and done. Let it cool down before serving.
