Martabak Durian durian filled pancakes Bahan-bahan dough: ingredients dough: 225 gr flour 4 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder salt to taste 250 ml water 1/2 tsp yeast 1 egg 1 tbsp butter (melted) Bahan-bahan filling; ingredients filling: 200 gr durian 250 ml milk 4 tbsp sugar 2 drops yellow colouring extract 2 tbsp corn starch 2 tbsp water Cara membuat: preperation/method: Beat the egg. Mix the flour, half of the sugar, the baking powder, the salt, the yeast and add the water and knead it into a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Mix in the egg, the remaining sugar and the butter. Bake thin pancakes from the dough. Mix the corn starch with the water. Heat in a pan the milk and add the durian, the salt and the sugar and let it cook slowly. Add the corn starch mixture and cook it slowly until it has thickened (jam like) Spread out the jam on top of the pancake, fold the pancake and serve.
