Kremes cookies mad of sweet potato with palmsugar Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr sweet potatoes 200 gr palmsugar oil Cara mambuat: preperation/method: Slice the potatoes julienne. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the potatoes golden brown. Drain the potato on kitchenpaper. Heat in a wok the palmsugar and melt it. Mix the the fried potatoes and mix it well. Put some of the mixture on kitchenpaper and press it in a cookie shape. Let it cool off and serve.
