Pisang Tanduk Goreng

Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
3 cook bananas
500 gr rice flour (tepung beras)
5 tbsp sugar
4 sachets vanilla sugar
300 ml ale
1 tbsp salt
oil
banana leaves

Taburan:
garnish:
50 gr grated cocos

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Mix the ale with the sugars, the salt and the flour and make a batter. Cut the bananas into slices and mix the slice s with the batter. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the slices golden brown. Serve on a banana leave and sprinkle the grates cocos on top.
