Steamed spicy fish


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1,5 coconut, grated
100 gr anchovi
150 gr lamtoro
3 green lomboks
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 cm jahe (ginger)
12 salam leaves
banana leaf
toothpicks

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 red lomboks
5 red onions
4 cloves garlic
3 cm kencur
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Preperation/method:
Cut the lomboks, the jahe and the jeruk purut leaves into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix all ingredients well and divide it in 12 portions. Put on a piece of banana leaf one of the salam leaves and put a portion on top. Fold it as a parcel and close it with the toothpicks. Steam it for 20 minutes until done and serve.
