Bakwan Cumi Bumbu Kunyit Fried squid rings
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 150 gr squid 3 tbsp flour 3 dan mangkok (cup leaves) ½ tsp salt oil
Haluskan: Bumbu: 4 shallots 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp ketumbar 2 red lomboks 2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
Cara membuat: Preperation/method: Cut the quid into thin roun slices and slice the mangkok fine. Pound or grind the igredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with the flour, the mangkok and the salt into a batter. Mix it with the squid. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the squid golden brown.
