Gulai Masam Udang Gala Prawns in a spicy curry
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 8 tiger prawns 2 salam leaves 1 sereh (lemongrass) 2 cm laos(galangal) 5 red lomboks 5 red rawits 10 belimbing (star fruit) 6 pieces asam kendis 1 kunyit leaf 3 kecombrang 3 tomatoes 17 kemangi leaves 200 ml water Haluskan: Bumbu: 9 red shallots 4 cloves garlic 8 kemiri (candlenuts) 1 cm jahe (ginger0 1 cm kunyit (turmeric) 1/2 tsp salt Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Clean the prawns. Halve the lomboks and the rawits. Cut the belimbing, the kecombrang and the tomatoes into pieces. Tear the kunyit leaf. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the water and add all ingredients except the tomatoes, the kemangi and the salt and cook it slowly until the prawns are cooked. Then add the tomatoes, the kemangi and the salt and cook it for 1 minute more and serve.
