Tumis Kakap Lada Hitam Red snapper with pineapple and pepper
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 300 gr ikan kakap (red snapper) 1/2 onion 3 cloves garlic 3 tbsp oystersauce 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 100 gr pineapple 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper 200 ml fish stock 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Slice the onion and the garlic fine. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Cut the fish and the pineapple into smaal cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the onion for 1 minute. Add the fish and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the pineapple and the bell peppers and fry it for 3 minutes. Add the pepper, the salt and the oystersauce, followed by the stock and let it cook slowly until done.
