Udang Nenas/Nanas Prawns with ananas
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients 500 gr scampi / tiger prawns 2 red lomboks 3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves 6 cloves garlic 500 gr pineapple 125 ml pineapple juice 7 small shallots (pickling) 1 tbsp honey ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp oil Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Slice the garlic and the lomboks fine and the jeruk purut very fine. Slice the pineapple into small cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the prawns ad fry them for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes until done.
