Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 ml santen
100 gr shrimps
100 gr peas
4 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/4 tsp trasi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp asem
6 cm laos
2 shallots

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu and the shrimps for 2 minutes. Add the peas and the santen and let it simmer slowly until it is cooked.
