Udang Saus Inggris fried tiger prawns in worchestershire sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr tiger prawns 3 tbsp kecap manis 2 tbsp kecap inggris (worchestershire sauce) 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp oil Taburan: garnish: 2 spring onions Cara membuat: preperation/method: Marinate the prwans for 30 minutes with the kecap inggris. Chop the garlic fine and slice the spring onions fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the prawns and fry it for 3 minutes. then add the kecap manis and let it simmer slowly until the prawns are done. Mix in the spring onions and serve.
