Gulai Ikan Cabai Rawit very spicy fish curry Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 750 gr fish fillets (snapper/mackarel) 2 tbps limejuice 1 tsp salt 750 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk) 2 pieces asam gelugor (dried garcinia) Haluskan: bumbu: 5 shallots 4 cm kunyit (curcuma) 1 tsp salt 17 red rawits Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Rub the fish with the salt and the lime juice. Heat in a wok the santen and add the paste, stir well and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the fish and the asam and let it cook slowly for 10 minutes until the fish is done and the sauce has thickened.
