Ilepao roasted fish with sago Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr ikan nike/nasi or else ikan teri 250 gr sago flour bananaleaves biteng (small wooden sticks) Haluskan: bumbu: 4 shallots 13 red rawits 2 tsp salt Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the fish into pieces and mix it with the bumbu. Take a piece of bananaleaf and put 2 tbsp of sago on it. Then add 125 gr of fish and then put 2 tbsp of sago on top. Put a piece of bananaleaf on top of it and press. Close it with the biteng and roast the package above a charcoalfire for 10 minutes until done. Repaat it 3 times more.
