Kenus Mebase Bali 2 fried baby squid Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 600 gr baby squid (or firm fish fillets) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 5 shallots 2 red lomboks 240 ml chicken stock 125 gr base be pasih (see recipe) 1 tbsp lime juice 5 sprigs kemangi (lime basil) 1 tbsp oil Taburan: garnish: 2 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots) 2 sprigs kemangi Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the squid into cubes, the shallots into thin slices and chop the kemangi. Deseed the lomboks and slice them fine. Heat in a wk the oil and fry the shallots, the lomboks and the squid for 2 minutes. Add the base and fry it for 1 minute. Add the kemangi and the stock and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, the pepper and the lime juice. Garnish it with bawang goreng and chopped kemangi and serve.
