Ikan Kecap Manis fish in sweet soy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr cod 3 cm laos (galangal) 3 cm jahe (ginger) 2 cloves garlic 1 red lombok (large chilie) 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce) 2 tsp limejuice 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: preperation/method; cut the fish into 4 pieces. Pound or grind the laos, the jahe, the garlic, the lombok, the pepper and the salt into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the fish golden brown. Remove the fish and add the paste. Fry it for 3 minutes and add the fish. Let it simmer slowly and covered for 10 minutes. Then add the kecap and the lime juice and let it simmer and covered for 5 minutes until the fish is done.
