Sambal Goreng Kering Ebbi fried spicy dried shrimps Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 100 gr dried shrimps (ebbi) 2 shallots 2 cloves garlic 3 cm laos (galangal) 1 tsp asem 1 tsp palmsugar (gula jawa) 1/2 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) 1 cabe merah (large chilie) 2 tbsp oil Taburan: garnish: 2 tbps bawang goreng (fried onions) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound the shrimp coarse. Pound or grind the laos, the trassi and the cabe into a paste. Cut the shallots and the garlic very fine. Heat in a wok and fry the bumbu, the shallots, the garlic and the ebbi for 6 minutes. Sprinkle the bawang on top and serve.
