Ikan Bandeng Baked Fish Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 1500 gr red snapper 3 tbsp coriander leaves Banana leaves bamboo skewers Haluskan: bumbu: 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 3 cm ginger 2 tbps asem/tamarind 1 tbps dark soy sauce (kecap manis) 1 tsp sambal ulek (see recipe) 1 tsp salt 3 cm kunyit (turmeric) 1 tbsp oil Preperation/Method : Pound the ingrediënts for the bumbu fine into a paste. Rub it into the fish and put remaining mixture inside body cavity. shred the coriander leaves and put the fish into banan leaves. Put the coriander leaves on top en close the banana leaves with the skewers so that the fish is packed as a parcel. Roast the fish slowly on a charcoalfire for 45 minutes until its cooked. Then serve the fish.
