Kuping Lombok Idju fried mussels Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 300 gr fried mussels 4 shallots 2 cm laos (lengkuas), crushed 3 cloves garlic 2 green lomboks (large chillies) 1 theel asem / tamarind 1 salam leave 3 tbsp oil Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the shallots and the garlic very fine. Slic the lomboks in thin rings. Heat in a wok/wadjan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Then ad the laos, the salam and the asem and let in simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the mussels and let it simmer slowly until the mussels are warm enough.
