Pickled lotus root

Ingredients:
1 lotus root
2 tsp palmsugar
250 ml white rice vinager

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Cut the root into very thin slices. Mix the palmsugar with the vinegar and then with the lotus root. Let it marinade for at least 1 day before serving.
