Lumpia Ingredients: lumpia wrappers water oil Ingredients filling: 150 gr carrots 125 gr minced chicken 125 gr minced beef 100 gr green cabbage 50 gr bean prouts 50 gr rice vermicelli / glas noodles 4 clove garlic 2 tsp black pepper 2 red spanish peppers or 5 red rawits (chillies) salt too taste 5 tbsp oil preperation/method: Cut the peppers/rawits int thin strips and the garlic very fine. Slice the cabbage very thinly. Slice the carrots very very thinly. Have the noodles soften in warm water for 15 minutes and drain. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the meats loose. Add the garlic, both the peppers, the cabbage, the noodles and the bean sprouts and let it fry for 3 minutes and then drain. Fill a wrapper with 2/3 tbsp of filling and close the wrapper thightly as a letter and close the end with some water. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the lumpias in 3 minutes golden brown.
