Asinan Bogor sweet/sour vegetables Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 3 carrots 2 cucumber 2 sweet potatoes 200 gr papaya 2 yam beans 6 white cabbage leaves 100 ml vinegar salt to taste Haluskan: bumbu: 100 gr dried shrimps 500 ml boiled water 5 red lomboks (large chilies) 100 gr sugar Taburan: garnish: 100 gr fresh fried peanuts Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the carrots and the papay julienne, the cucumber in thin slices, the cabbage in strips, the yam beans and the potatoes into cubes. Soak the shrimps for 30 minutes in the water and then drain. Pound or grind the shrimps, the lomboks and the sugar into a paste. Mix the paste with the water, the vinegar and the salt. Mix in the vegetables and let it rest for 12 hours. Sprinkle it with the peanuts and serve.
