Koddok Goreng fried frog legs bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr froglegs 7 cloves garlic 2 shallots 1 bunch parsley 1 bunch selerie 100 ml kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) 2 tsp pepper rice flour water salt to taste oil Cara membuat; preperation/method: Pound the garlic and the shallots into a paste. Cut the parsley and the selerie very fine. Mix this with the garlic, the shallots, the kecap, the salt and the pepper into a marinade. Marinade the froglegs with it at leat for 1 hour. Mix the rice flour with the water and coat the froglegs with it. Heat in a wok oil and deep-fry the froglegs for 4-5 minuts until golden brown and done.
