Dendeng Terik dry fried beef
bahan-bahan: ingredients; 500 gr beef 1 sereh (lemongrass) 1 tsp asem (tamarind) 150 ml santen asli 9thickcoconut milk) 150 ml beef stock 3 tbsp oil
Haluskan: Bumbu: 4 kemiri (candlenuts) 1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste) 2 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 5 shallots 4 cloves garlic 4 cm laos (galangal) 3 tsp palmsugar
Cara membuat: Preperation/method: Cut the meat into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste with the sereh for 3 minutes. Then add the beef and fry it brown. Add the asem, the stock and the santen and cook it slowy until done and the fluids have nearly evaporated
