Iga Masak Asem Jawa Stewed spicy ribs
Bahan-bahan: Ingrediënts: 500 gr beef ribs 1000 ml water 2 salam leaves 4 cm laos 2 tsp asem (tamarind) 3 tbsp kecap manis 2 tbsp oil
Haluskan: Bumbu: 5 red shallots 4 cloves garlic 2 red lomboks 2 green lomboks 2 tbsp palmsugar 1 tsp salt
Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Slice the lomboks into thick rings. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the ribs into pieces. Cut the laos I 2 pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the salam, half of the laos and the ribs and cook the ribs nearly done. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the salam, the laos and the lomboks and fry it for 3 minutes. Add this together with the asem, the kecap, the salt and the palmsugar in the pan with the ribs and stir until the palmsugar is dissolved and serve.
