Bumbu Dendeng

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef/chicken/pork
4 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tbsp jinten (cumin)
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp asem (tamarind)
1/2 tbsp salt
6 cm laos (galangal)

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into thin slices and rub these in with the bumbu. Let it marinate for at leat 2 hours. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown and done.
