Lauk Gadang 2 beef stew Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 400 gr beef 2 sereh (lemongrass) 2 kunyit leaves (turmeric) 2 asam kandis 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp palmsugar 600 ml water 5 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 9 small red shallots 3 cloves garlic 4 red lomboks 2 red rawits 2 kemiri (candlenuts) 2 cm kunyit 1 cm jahe (ginger) 1 cm laos (galangal) Cara membuat: preparation/method: cut the meat into 1 cm small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu, de sereh, the kunyit and the asam kandis for 3 minutes. Add the beef and fry it golden brown. Add the water, the salt and the palmsugar and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked.
