Lauk Gadang beef stew from Padang Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 1000 gr beef 1 sereh (lemongrass) 1 kunyit lead (turmeric) 3 asam kandis 1 tsp salt 500 ml water Haluskan: bumbu: 3 kemiri (candlenuts) 8 shallots 6 cloves garlic 7 red lomboks 6 cm jahe (ginger) 4 cm kunyit (turmeric) 3 cm laos (galangal) Cara membuat: preparation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the meat into pieces. Mix all ingrediets, except the water, well together and let it marinade for at least 3 hours. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat. Let it simmer slowly for at least 1 1/2 hour until the meat is done.
