Krengsengan Daging Sapi beef in a petis (shrimp paste) sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 250 gr beef 3 shallots 3 cloves garlic 1 red lombok 1 red rawit 1 tomato 2 tbsp kecap mansi 1 tbsp petis udang (shrimp paste) 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 150 ml water 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: preparation/method: Slice the meat into cubes. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the lombok ans the rawit into thin strips. Slice the tomato fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks an d the rawits for 3 minutes. Add the beef and fry it brown. Then add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done and the fluids have nearly evaporated. Then serve.
