Daging Age 2 beef with coconut Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr ribeye 3 c,oves garlic 2 tsp grated lemon rind 3 cm jahe (ginger) 2 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 2 cm kunyit (turmeric) 2 tsp palmsugar (gula jawa) 3 tbsp arachide oil 125 gr grated coconut 2 spring onions 125 ml santen (coconut milk) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slic the meat into thin strips. Grate the jahe and slice the garlic and the spring onion into thin strips. Pound or grind the kunyit fine into a paste. Mix the garlic, the lemon rind, the jahe, hte palmsugar and 2 tbsp oil together and marinade the meat with it for at leat 1 hour. Heat in a wok the remaining oil and fry the meat golden brown. Add the spring onion and the grated coconut and fry it for 1 minute more. Add the santen and fry it slowly until the sauce has thickened.
