Gulai Merah Beef short ribs Bahan-bahan: Ingredients 325 ml water 900 gr short ribs of beef 2 tbsp oil 2 salam leaves 4 cm laos, crushed 1 lemon grass 1 tbsp lime juice Haluskan: bumbu: 4 shallots 4 cloves garlic 3 cm ginger 5 red rawits 2 tsp coriander 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the meat into pieces. Ground the ingrediënts for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with 125 ml of water into a marinade. Mix the marinade with the meat and let it rest for 60 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and add the beef with the marinade, the laos, the lemongrass, the salam and the lime juice and fry this for 5 minute. Then add the water and let it simmer slowly for 60 minutes until the meat is tender.
