Sambal Goreng Gasang beef in a spicy red pepper sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 1000 gr beef 9 red lomboks 2 tsp asem (tamarind) 5 tbsp water 3 cm kunyit (galangal) 1/2 red bell pepper 3 shallots 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp trasi bakar (fried shrimp paste) 500 ml water Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the lomboks, the trasi and the kunyit fine into a paste. Mix the asem with the water. Cut the shallots, the bell pepper and the garlic into thin slices. Heat a wok and add all ingredients and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done and serve.
